Any individual who is presently employed or actively seeking employment in Collegiate Recreation within the state of Illinois, as well as anyone retired from Collegiate Recreation, shall be eligible for membership in IIRSA. The Executive Team may review requests for exemptions for membership.

In order to become an IIRSA member, eligible individuals must annually register themselves. In order to vote, a member must be registered 30 days before the State Business Meeting.
